COOK TEAM
Cook team cooks the food. They meet the week before an opening to plan the menu and spend nearly all of Friday (sometimes Thursday night too) preparing to feed folks at the evening opening.
Bake TEAM
Much like Cook team members, Bake team helps plans the menu and prepares the food. Specifically, Bake team’s responsibility is the dessert course as well as bread & baked goods for main courses. More of Bake Team’s work occurs before our guests arrive but are still an integral part of service.
Biz Team
Biz Team does everything but making the food: event design & decor, reservations, finance, marketing, photography, mixology, and most importantly, serving our guests. This team works throughout the week promoting & scheduling reservations for the upcoming opening and is also present to set up & serve. For those who love food, organization, hanging out around the kitchen, and good vibes, Biz Team might be the place for you.
